We know that in the current epidemiological situation in the country, you have moved your staff to remote work. In the conditions of self-isolation, services for intra-city Express delivery, which allow you to deliver documents and parcels between employees working from home or outside the office, become extremely relevant. It is courier services that help to establish effective document flow, quickly exchange contracts and other important documents, get a live signature on a layout or invoice, approve samples, and solve other operational tasks.
Providing measures to preserve your health is a priority for our company, so the reception and delivery are carried out contactless:
Employees of the DIMEX office treat their hands with disinfectants or use disposable personal protective equipment before and after receiving and transmitting the shipment.
Execution condition:
* Contactless delivery with the additional service  "delivery with an inventory of attachments with inspection" is not compatible.
* Delivery of economy shipments is possible under the following conditions: the weight on the invoice is not more than 40 kg, the volume weight is not more than 1 m3.
Receiving the shipment.
• After arrival to the Customer, the courier puts the DIMEX invoice form in a disposable t-shirt bag and hangs it on the door handle/ places it near the door.
• The courier calls the Customer, specifies the payment method and informs them that the invoice is in a single-use bag on the door handle/near the door. And also notifies him which columns in the DIMEX invoice form must be filled in with his fountain pen.
• When making a non-cash payment, the package contains a mobile terminal with the amount collected for payment.
• If the Customer reports that they do not have a fountain pen, the courier offers their own or a spare fountain pen. It is transmitted using a paper disposable napkin, which the courier always has in stock.
• The customer independently fills out the DIMEX  shipment waybill in the part concerning IT, according to the Rules for processing accompanying documents.
• Next courier coming to the package, weighs it, measures dimensions, checks the correctness and completeness of the information on the shipment waybill by the Client, completes the consignment note the accompanying documents.
• When making a non-cash payment, the package contains a mobile terminal with the amount collected for payment.
• The client pays the required amount using the mobile terminal. When paying in cash, the package will contain cash.
* The customer puts a single-use t-shirt package in front of the courier. The courier recalculates cash or checks the success of the payment on the mobile terminal.
* The Courier puts a copy of the customer's shipment waybill in a single-use t-shirt bag and puts the package in front of It. Then he picks up the shipment and says goodbye to the Client.
Delivery of the shipment.
DIMEX office courier:
• Pre-calls the Recipient and informs them that the delivery will be contactless and notifies them of what needs to be prepared.
• Arrives to the Recipient at the specified delivery address.
* Puts the shipment Packed in a branded package / envelope / safe-bag in a disposable t-shirt package along with the Delivery list attached to a folder-tablet (clipboard) and/or a DIMEX invoice located in a special pocket, and hangs it on the Recipient's door handle.
• If the shipment does not fit in the package, then next to the Recipient's door, a box with the shipment is placed on the open package-shirt, on top of which is a Delivery sheet attached to a folder-tablet (clipboard) and/or a DIMEX shipment waybill located in a special pocket.
* Calls the Recipient and informs them that the shipment is located in the package on the door handle / near their door. And also notifies them that they need to sign the Delivery list and / or the shipment waybill located in the package with the shipment / on top of the shipment, with their own fountain pen.
• In case of non-cash payment by the Recipient, a mobile terminal with the amount collected for payment is placed in the package.
* The courier moves 3 meters away from the door (if possible). If it is not possible – at least 1.5 meters so that the Recipient can approach the shipment.
• If the Recipient reports that they do not have a fountain pen, the courier offers their own or a spare fountain pen. It is transmitted using a paper disposable napkin, which the courier always has with him.
• For non-cash payments, the Customer pays the required amount using the mobile terminal. When paying in cash, the package will contain cash.
• The courier tells the Recipient which fields in the delivery list and/or DIMEX shipment waybill they should fill in, and which copy to unpin and keep for themselves. After signing the delivery list and/or other copy of the shipment waybill, puts it back in the t-shirt bag and hang it on the door handle.
• After the Recipient has signed the Delivery list and / or shipment waybill, unpinned their copy and left a copy of the DIMEX shipment waybill for the courier in the t-shirt package, the Recipient puts a one-time t-shirt package in front of the courier.
• The courier picks up the package-t-shirt with the Delivery list and the remaining copy of the shipment waybill. Checks whether the information in the documents is correct and complete.
• If the payment is made by the Recipient: the courier recalculates cash or checks the success of the payment on the mobile terminal.
• If the payment is made correctly, wait until the Recipient picks up the shipment and closes the door. If the payment was unsuccessful, the payment procedure is repeated again.
Self-delivery and pickup from the DIMEX office.
• The client area for receiving / issuing shipments, filling out accompanying documents, and weighing is located as far away from the office employees ' work places as possible.
• All surfaces located in the Customer area are treated with disinfectants before and after receiving / issuing each shipment.
• Office clients must keep a distance between themselves in the queue, if there is one, according to the marks on the floor of the Client zone.
• Receiving and transmitting shipments is performed with all precautions.
